Please answer my poll, and give me ideas for making some of the costumes.

Wings, Skin, Clothing, etc..

I know its kinda obsessy :sweat:, but please bear with me.

Come on guys, don't be so negative.

Out of the selection, E-Hero Tempest looks to be the best. Simple top half and legs, add some shoulder pieces, a set of wings and a visor and you're done! Next would be Skilled Dark Magician, as again is simple. Long robe with big shoulder pouldrons and a large headset.

For construction material I have no idea, not something I know much about unfortunately. Try looking for some cos-play sites with guides and how-to's.

If you're set on dressing as a yugioh monster, I'd probably have to suggest you dress up as Little Winguard - minus the wings. That's one kickass monster right there.
