27cc is not really Mana efficient, even if it is for an indestructible 60/80. If it were Green, you could use Dramatic Entrance in conjunction with this or at least speed up your Mana enough to hardcast it. The effect is nice; I mean, it is pretty much an auto-win. I give it a 7/10.
