It looks like an 8/10 if you've seen and liked the first movie. Only problem is... its got corny moments in it, but the first one had some funny parts/lots of action(a lot of fake action too...)

THe first Crank movie is your all around good times movie. This one looks even more random. The guy puts jumper cables on his tongue and nipple. That's worth paying to see all by itself.

Definetly. This is one of my "must see" movies of the year. I love Jason Statham's action flicks.

It was obscene, violent, crazy, fast-paced, humorous, and frankly a lot of fun :)

>.< not seeing for free or otherwise. Statham needs to grow up and start being a serious actor. or at the very least governor of a large state.

I won't even bother seeing this, the first one was bad enough. What a horrible film.
Senseless violence, no plot to the storyline, cheesy effects.
Not too mention there's no way in hell anyone could have their body intact after that tremendous fall... much less survive.
-99/10

People have survived worse falls.
And you don't get the point to the film, the point of the film is to have some fun by sticking as much outrageous stuff as they can in 1 hour and 30 minutes.

No they haven't... and even if they had padding it's impossible for anyone in the world to survive a fall even half of that height.
I understand the point of the film, and it's stupid.

The chopper was 3,000 feet above ground.
Humands can reach terminal velocity in much less than half that, and usually reach it before 2,000. Humans have a lethal terminal velocity, even when spread-eagle.
He also had enough time to have a fight; do some one-liners and ring his ex-wife or whoever that was; and it takes less than 55 seconds to reach this.
He would've died; end of story. Crank 2 is them trying to make some more money; and CHester Benningtons attempt at trying to get his foot in the acting door whilst promoting his rapidly failing band.

Wierd stuff happens.
This fits the universe perfectly.
Crank is like the old GTA's or Saints Row, where mad **** happens, the police are ineffectual and a band aid heals cancer. Also Chester Bennington is only in it as a cameo, and all movies hope to make money; if they didn't then studios wouldn't fund them. And a film like Crank cannot exist without a big money studio backing.

Daniel Craig's 'Flashbacks of a Fool' (I believe it was that film) was made by one of his friends; and was purely made as an art picture. Quite a few of Nicholas Cage's films were made as indie/art pictures.
Not everything is done to make money. If that's true; then Vincent Bennet can suck multiple cocks.

All of which are not studio funded (Acacia Strain not withstanding)
What i meant was this is a big studio funded film, of course it's intended to make money, you can't talk down on something that's trying to make money, it's whether it's good or not is the important thing.

I really liked the first film but this one just seems like a mere copy imo, i'll still go see it though.
