This.
Someone doesn't naturally die at 28 with no history of drugs and being generally healthy their whole life.

Like Jedah said, he did drugs like cocaine while touring. The police just don't want to release that statement.

This.
Someone doesn't naturally die at 28 with no history of drugs and being generally healthy their whole life.
Ill quote the both of you. The reason why they are saying "natural causes" is because there is no foul play involved that they can find. If they aren't shot, strangeled, killed in a car accident, or die from a previous health condition, that is just their definition for it. Only thing anyone can do now is wait 4-6 weeks for a toxicology report to find out if there were actually any drugs in his system.
If that isn't enough of a definition for natual causes, I have another in the spoiler below.
There is probably some legal guru that will give you all the technicalities but here you go. A natural cause is any death that has been ruled as such. This is a big catch-all phrase that usually means there was no specific identifiable cause of death. For drug overdose, gross injuries, murders, there is a readily definable cause of death. For specific natural causes, such as stroke, aneurism, myocardial infarct, pulmonary edema and the like where there are some tell-tale signs of the cause, then the coronor will state those causes. But there are some deaths that are still natural but don't leave behind any pronounced clues. These fall under the heading of "natural causes." And remember that ultimately every death is the result of cerbral hypoxia. The brain dies for lack of oxygen regardless of the route the body takes to get there.

The way I see it; A7X might release what they have now and break up or try to continue and find another drummer. I'm waiting to see what will happen.

I really do wish they release something, but then again, they could choose to drop everything and break up.

I know this is kind of late, but A7X has finished recording with Mike Portnoy, and they do plan on releasing the album, eventually. It'll be interesting to see how long they're going to continue without Jimmy, but I, personally, hope they keep it up.
