Well, I was looking at Vincent's Milestone, and I thought to myself about making one. I know it's a little late, but I guess I've been on here for about six years (the join date is obviously wrong). So, I'm going to start by shouting out to everyone I can think of that's been important in my YF existance. Even though I know some of those listed below won't read this, I still want it to be known by others that they affected myself and others before moving on from the community. But with that said.....
Sentinel - You were the first person to piss me off on the site, banning me within my first week of being here. But you taught me about learning to control my anger, and to be responsible for my own actions, and were one of inspirations for me to become staff. For that, I thank you. You'll always be remembered by me, and many others I'm sure. Good luck sir, with whatever it is you may be doing.
Blackjack - You've been known as other names, but this one always stuck out the most to me. You were another total douche, but at least you knew it. You presented every arguement you made with good logic, making me always check my own thinking before saying something myself. Thanks man, and take care.
Deception - Oh Grant. You were my absolute main inspiration to become a GFX artist. I always wanted to learn from you, even though it seemed like you never had the time to teach. You have made some superb pieces, and I wish I could see more. But I know you're probably a busy soul. So my best wishes to you boss.
Drag0nic - Richy, aka AZN PERSUASION. You were the first person to ever duel me, to show me how to work YVD, and to duel competitively. You were one of my best friends on the site man. Will never forget you. Take care you asian bastard.
Sora and Haxes - Josh and Shae. Man you guys really helped me get into the main meta when I first started playing online. Remember? Chaos Sorcerer with Monarchs? Damn that was a while ago haha. I kept working with you guys so that I could try and beat Jaime. Took forever, but I finally did it. Even though he just called me a sack, I knew it was cause you guys helped me. Thank you both so much. I wouldn't be here without either of you.
Narcotic - Mr. Bryce. The mentor himself. After trying different things with my gfx, I finally came to you for help. You taught me so many things, way more than a tutorial could teach. You had faith in me, and it means a lot man. Thank you dude, and good luck in the graphics industry!
MDL - Whenever I used to duel you, I was always nervous because I knew you know your ****. You were a very level person, even when I wasn't. You've helped me with rulings, helped me with testing, and I'm glad you're on Tempest with us now. Hope to kick some ass with you in the future dude.
Xari - The token female everyone loved on YF. I used to love talking to you, but I never really see you around anymore, and I miss you. You were always there if I needed to talk about something bothering me, and that means so much. Thanks Xarxar. I hope to see you on AIM again soon.
Yami Bakura - This guy was one of the most respectful staff members in my eyes. He was funny, smart, and he always seemed to be taking part in the rest of the community. I never ever talked to you directly, but I wish I had. You were always cool to me man. So stay that way.
Yami Joey - You were another guy I had never truly talked directly with, although we got in a disagreement of sorts with how I made my roles in my mafia. Let this be my apology to you sir, and I really hope you and I get along better in the future.
Ryuwrath - One of my dueling buddies I'll never forget. Although we never really kept in contact, it was a most definite pleasure to have met you good sir. Take care, wherever you are.
Chopp and Crad - You two Canadian goofballs. I loved talking to you guys. You both were funny, and were smart beyond first glance. You guys made me feel at home. Thank you both so much.
D r e a m H a x and Slox - You two always seemed one in the same to me, and I don't know why. But you always gave your opinion respectfully when I asked for it. You helped me work on decks, spent lots of time dueling with me, and just are good people in general. Thank you both for being there when I needed help, as it is and always has been most appreciated.
Whatah, BP, and Jehuty - You guys were always great staff for as long as I've been on the site. You guys always handled everything really well in my opinion, and took care of the forum as a whole, making it much more enjoyable for everyone who visited it. And I'm not sure who came up with the decision, but I know you were the ones who made me Mod, and I appreciated that so much, because that was a main goal of mine for so long. Thank you three so much for your hard work towards YF.
Jin, Shinato, Seita - Although I never got to know you guys as much as the others, I always thought you 3 were cool beans. You all help moderate the site superbly, and on top of that, are actually cool to talk to. Hopefully I'll get to you know you three more in the future, but for now, keep doing what y'all do.
Blitz - Joe! You were my Brawl buddy! I wish I still had a Wii so we could get a few games in for old times sake, but I don't, and probably won't for a while. But you weren't just a guy I played Brawl with when I was bored, you were a good friend. You always found some kind of comedy in everything. Hope you're doing well with ETC!
Master of Furballs - Phillip! Dude, you are the most absolute nicest guy I have ever met, ever. Period. You have always been my best friend on the site. If I hadn't met you, I'd probably be doing something else with my life instead of doing what makes me happy. You are a great friend Phil. I'll never be the man you are, but hell, here's to trying.
VK - I gotta say man, when I first saw you on the forum, I was impressed. You're ****ing smart, and there's no denying it. You're great to have around the forums, and you play great mafia too. I really enjoy your wit, and I hope you stick around for everyone.
FC - Ah yes. The loudmouthed canadian that YF loves. Although you and I were never really even acquaintances, I still enjoyed having you around. Remember when you and I were mafia for Haxes's Death Note mafia? You got so pissed at me for ruining the game haha. I was still getting used to the game, so I gotta say sorry for that man. I really enjoyed your Digimon mafia too, hell of a cool role. Hopefully you'll make another one and I'll join. But for now, just keep on keeping The Vent alive, and I'll see you around.
Yoy - Mr Yoy. When I first saw you playing mafia, I thought you were a total douche, probably because I was jealous of how you intelligent you were, and found many ways to separate the townies from the mafia. I later found you to be a really cool guy. You do GFX, you play Yugioh, hell, you practically remind me of myself in maybe a couple of years. Thanks for dueling me so many times man. You're a great guy, so keep at being great.
Kurono - Surprisingly, you were one of the first people that I actually admired when I first saw you. You seemed like you had a really level train of thought, and to my surprise, you thought just like me. When I got to know you, we pretty much found out we were long lost brothers! Remember that dude? Haha. I know we don't talk as much as we used to, but I'll always be on the buddy list of yours until you get rid of me man. Whenever you want to talk, just hit me up. Stay cool holmes. ;P
Candlejack - This guy right here, Mr Francesco, is too cool. He always takes the time out of his day to help me fix a deck or two, and play a whole bunch of duels. I'm honestly surprised I didn't know who you were before you changed your name. Weird. I'm still glad I met you. You're one of the few I actually care about on this forum. I'll see you around boss.
Vincent - Mah dude. Started up Infinite Inferno with me. You and I also don't talk as much as we used to, and I miss that. So I'm thinking of a couple of ways to get this **** back on the 8-Ball, a couple of reasons to start talking again. I always felt like you were like my wingman, like a little brother to me. You're a cool guy dude, that goes without having to say it. Half the people on here love you. Good luck with your tourney bud, and hopefully I'll get to the finals for ya! Haha
Twitter - Raullll! I was always nervous as **** when I saw you trying to get a war going between your team and mine, cause I always figured that I'd get wrecked by you and your guys. I didn't even know you that well, and I stepped in for you when Hoban decided to be a douche and try and get you kicked off YF. I'm glad I did though, cause I wouldn't have met you. Reeeeeeeeeee!
Jedah - Oh lawd. Mr King of the Forum. The guy everybody adores. You're always sending me invites on AIM, and I know lately I haven't been accepting them, but I'm trying to man. You're always cool to talk to. You know your grammatical ****, and I like seeing that when talking to someone instead of the regular internet lingo that everyone throws around. Stay cool man, and I'll see you on AIM later ;D
And last, but not least....
The King - Mikhail. Dude. You are the Gary Oak to my Ash Ketchum. You and I always would duel to see who was better. Most of the time you'd win, but I'd finally find a good build with a deck and you'd get so pissed haha. I miss yo face man.I remember when we first met, and you were using a beat deck, and I thought to myself, wtf is this? But you showed me up, and I was impressed. You are definitely one of the most crazy dudes I know, and you were actually believe it or not one of the most biggest influences of my life to this date. I hope you're doing well with modding ETC man, and if I don't hear from ya, take care.
If you read all that, thank you for taking time out of your day/night to do so. I highly appreciate it. I know there's a lot of people I didn't cover, but these guys really stood out to me. Theyall helped shaped me into who I am today, and have my highest regards. Thank you.......thank you so much.
