oh well, Dimensoin Collapse is a Ultimate rare spell card from my Custom set Bringers of Devastating Beatdown. Here is the description...

You can only activate this card when you have 1000 lifepoints or less. Discard 3 cards from your hand and destroy all cards on the opponents side of the field and remove them from play

Hmm... Too situational, and requires you to use 3 more cards aside it. By the time you have 1000 LPs you'll have 3 cards in hand max. If you wait another turn to draw 4th, you'll lose before that. Also, people jump too often from 1500 to 0, so you'll hardly ever have the chance to activate this card. And if you do, you have minus 4 cards and can do nothing. Can combo with Diamond Dude though.
