Pokemon Mini Mafia: The Mysterious Darkrai!™

The Rules.
1. Each day will last the max of 48 hours and a minimum of 24 hours. If majority is reached by the end of these 24 hours, Twilight will conduct.
2. Each night will last a maximum of 24 hours. If all powers are sent in before the time limit, the game will presume then. If powers aren't received by the time limit, tough luck.
3. Do not copy and paste any part of any PMs you recieve. Doing this will result in a modkill.
4.Do not character claim. You will be modkilled.
5. You may roleclaim. Just remember, do not copy and paste any part of any PM.
6. There will be no vanilla roles.
7.Do not post if you're dead. A simple OMGUS post is fine.
8. Do not post at night.
9. Bold and red your votes. Failure to do so will result in me not counting it.
10. @mod a response from me.
11. Being inactive will result in a replacement or modkill.
12. DO NOT communicate outside of the thread unless your role specifies.
13. PM or AIM me for any further questions about your role or the game.
14. Post a simple, I have read the rules. When signing up.

The game mechanics.
[ x ] Each player will receive a pokemon.
[ x ] Each pokemon will have a moveset containing one or more moves.
[ x ] Each player may only use one move a day, once a day.
[ x ] Once you use a move the PP (Power Points) will decrease.
[ x ] Once the PP is at zero, you may not use that move any more.
[ x ] If a move is canceled, or intercepted, PP will still decrease.
[ x ] Powers may be used during the day and not during the night unless specified.
[ x ] If you have a Pokepower, it will activate automatically depending on the conditions.


A Story Update will begin on Day 1 when enough players confirm.

Day One - The Reveal of the Mysterious Pokemon

On this fine morning, Ash and the gang get ready to head off on an adventure, one they will never forget. Tale has it that a mysterious pokemon named Darkrai made home around these parts living here for centuries without anyone taking notice. Up until a few days ago the nearby town had been peaceful but then all of a sudden the wild pokemon started to go wild. The nearby professor told Ash that it was probably because of the pokemon Darkrai, but even he wasn't sure because everyone believed those stories to be a myth.

"Come on gang!" Ash said as he started to run off into the forest, "We gotta find Darkrai and help the pokemon!"

"But ash, no one even knows if Darkrai is real.." Misty said as she took off after him. Brock shrugged, "Well we better follow them." As the rest of the gang took off.

Not far behind was Team Rocker, "I'm hungry..." James said clenching his stomach. Jessie smacked James on the back of the head, "Focus, once we catch Darkrai and bring it back to Giovanni you can eat until you explode." "And I'll finally get that special cat food I've been wanting." Meowth said not far behind.

So what lies in store for Ash and his friends? Only time will tell.

And a nice bit of information, all abilities are day abilities, unless they have a time lapse or something. I was gonna quote a ****load of posts, but I accidentally x'd out and I'm too lazy to do it again. I'm just gonna say, I've seen Fred play in other games and I am confident he's townie. I also think Temp is townie, and they are just fighting each other while mafia is hiding in the background.

I also greatly disliked how doc already protected someone. That's stupid imo, and I'm thinking that doc is quite possibly a less experienced player, like how Blackwingggys was the one in another mafia and did that. Idk.

This is complete bs. He has claimed vanilla, said in a post he read over the text and there was NO abilities he had, and suddenly comes in and claims a ****load of abilities like stunner, and not being able to activate abilities until tomorrow. His response to this is probably going to be "Oh, I wanted to keep it a secret". He is making excuses to bandwagon, lying through his teeth, and frankly from that post where he said "unfortunately I can't confirm/deny I'm Pikachu" is basically character claiming.

I'm not sure if the mod skipped over it or something, but from the bs he is doing with claiming pikachu, saying he is the most important pokemon etc. he should have been modkilled ages ago. The only reason why he would not be modkilled is if he is lying I assume. Toxic' is doing a bad job and enforcing rules, CED is lying and scum, or CED is a bad townie lying left and right.

@CJ - Yes I found the cop update odd.

Lets compare these two updates. One had no flavour text, and said a player was scanned and the next said pokemon. There are a few possibilities I can think of from the top of my head. A) Announcer B) Another type of scanner C) Mod is being inconsistent . If it is the latter, I am going to FoS Temp. He pretty much told me he knew my character. The only cop that would know something like that is role cop, and role cop is traditionally mafia. I was waiting for another day scan to confirm this or not. Finally, he confirmed me as town yet wanted to lynch me the next page.

However, I'm going to wait until the next day before acting on this to see if there is a night scan.

Fred is probably in my top 5 suspects along with CED. Now, lets examine his first post. I quoted Achilles where he explains what I usually do with new players, Temp didn't get it and neither did CED. Fred however, understood without a doubt. He has seen me do this countless times and played along just fine. This is a really huge contradiction from "I see he really isn't cop but I'll play along" to "COPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP FOR SURE LYNCH NOW". I asked for the unvote because you guys are lynching over something stupid and baseless and rushing the day. Hold off on your votes and vote when day is coming to an end. The kind that activate upon certain abilities. No abilities means no moves. everyone has moves. Apparently i didnt know the definition of vanilla townie by what you are seeing it as. i thought of it as a card with no effect. I have no effect. But i still have attacks. A.E. moves that require PP like in the pokemon games. And yes i have revealed one of them as a stun move. And i did not charecter claim. I stated that i was a pokemon of importance. Whether that is pikachu or not is up to your discretion. You can beleive what you want. but some people have come up with the right thoughts. That is my defence so far.
