While looking for updates on Extreme Victory on Wikia, I came across a new TCG Exclusive called Dodger Dragon.

The card isn't that good since the point of Dragon decks is to spam synchros and REDMD so no point in 1900 beats when you got 2800 beats.

It's a nice tech for dragon. It is just a card to help OTK if you don't have Trap Stun/Decree present.

If counter fairies ever become tier 1, this card will be their greatest enemy.

Also, note how it stops the six samurai counter.

This guy gets it. It's not just a 1900 beater, it's a 1900 beater that you can RFG to summon REDMD without worrying about him being solemned. Sure bottomless is still a danger but it's better than being solemned altogether.

I can see this card as great synchro fodder. This hits the field and then use PS Zombie to synch into a protected brionac.

I think Konami suspects that because ss3 traps are basically staples that all the meta decks will basically be the same(as in 40 card decks with 20 card staples and the rest a theme)and want do another anti-meta move like they did with Koa'ki meirus.
