Alright, this is an archetype based on things along the lines of "Gold Sarcophagus" that have to do with turn count effects. It's almost a requirement to run Final Countdown, because half of these cards advance turn count. xD

Legendary Chrono Stone

When this monster is Normal or Special Summoned: Advance the turn count forwards by 1. (All effects that deal with turn count also advance 1 turn.)

Activate only when the turn count advances by card effect: Special Summon 1 "Chrono" monster from your graveyard. When that monster is removed from the field: Banish it.

Chrono Judgement
Counter Trap
When your opponent activates a Spell or Trap: Advance the turn count by 1; Negate the effect of that card and destroy it. You must control 2 or more "Chrono" monsters to resolve this effect.

Chrono Warning
When your opponent Normal or Special Summons a monster: Advance the turn count by 1; Negate the summon and destroy the monster. You must control 1 or more "Chrono" monster(s) to resolve this effect.

tick tock These would get so abused for a 2nd turn or 1st turn kill i just have that feeling something like that would happen.

they're not that bad... are they? o.o

Also, was thinking about giving them an Uber synchro of sorts... Requires a "Chrono" tuner + 2 or more non-tuner "Chrono" monsters. lv 11, just because... maybe something like this?

This monster is also treated as being LIGHT. Each Time the turn Count advances, except by the effect of "Chronos: Keeper of Time-Space": Place 1 Chrono Counter on this card. (Max 5.) You can remove all Chrono Counters from this card to advance the turn count equal to the number of Chrono Counters removed by this effect. This monster gains 500 ATK for each Chrono Counter on the field.

add a level 6 chrono sync that can tribute itself to either get out that lv 11 monster or speed up any count like this:

Chrono Leveler
Lv 6
Dark
1500 atk/1000 def
1 tuner,1 or more non tuner monsters
when this card is synchro summoned, place a number of chrono counters up to the number of monsters used for this summon.you can remove a number of chrono counters off this card to place that many chrono counters on another chrono card.you can tribute this card with 11 chrono counters to special summon 1 Chronos: Keeper of Time-Space from your extra deck or graveyard.

why not make Leveler a LIGHT Fiend, in parallel to Chronos' DARK Fairy status?

Yes, Chronos works very well with Chaos monsters. (BLS, CSorc., CED, Etc.) which can help speed up things like Chrono Crevasse.

Current monster count would be:
3 Rock
3 Warrior
2 Spellcaster
1 Fairy
1 Fiend

Thought up another few.

When this monster is used for the Synchro Summon of a "Chrono" Synchro monster: Advance the turn count by 1 for every non-Tuner Synchro Material monster used.

f***k, if you're lucky then you will be able to duel 3 turns before your opponent "resolves" his final countdown.
oh, and btw: gold sarco counts standby phases, not turns. So these cards, in a technical sense, wont affect it.
but i get where you are going, and like the idea :)

leveler should b a light monster but instead of being a synchro it should b an xyz
