Tour guide into your bus?

okay so I special summon tour bus from my deck and over lay, and then detach bus, or my xyz monster is destroyed with bus still attached on, can I still use tour bus's effect? or is it negated by tour guide?

effect activates when it hits the grave for whatever reason. skill drain and tour guide cannot negate
