Anti Syncro probably mean something along the lines of Machine-Type monsters if you ask me and Machiners' Command probably is the beginning of such a line-up. The Yugioh 5D's Anime is setting the OCG up with the current "Ghost Arc" and [ Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity ] should be the cover card(s)?! With the current roll Konami has been on recently with SD's this should have the making for a killer deck!

Absolute Powerforce is also on the horizon and Konami is also promising support for cards in this incredible expansion set!! More updates to come as they are released in future V-Jump and Shonen Jump issues in Japan so stay tuned for more!!! From Ideal808

I'd like to see Cyber Dragon in this, in all seriousness. It's a card that is still usefull, but isn't played everywhere and is no longer massively expensive. I want one just so I can keep my proper Cyber Dragon in my folder and only take it out when I'm making a proper deck.

I could honestly see this being really good; so long as they get a good name.

Leave the Power Ranger theme for Ojamas~. They're so much closer to having one of every Power Ranger colour than Gadgets. >.>

I doubt that card will ever become real in the TCG or OCG.

I think Wisel will probably come out in the first booster pack of the 7th series of OCG sets. It'll come with the fifth dragon.

Like Snake said, Power Tool is not the 5th dragon.

Here is the picture of the 5 dragons, and you can see the 5th dragon clearly, it's not Power Tool.

As for Machiner's Command, it looks really cool, and if it includes good cards like Rise of the Dragon Lords and Warrior's Strike, I'll be getting it.

better stockpile on the structure decks that has "built and ready to play!" like the tags on the rise of the dragons lords. These are great deck-testers and if you deck can beat these built to win structure decks then it will probably be ready for your locals. I bet the next upcoming structures will be like rise of the dragon lords too
