Just watched episode 94 of 5D's. Highlight is Crow vs. Boldger, and Boldger's decktype strikes me as the anti-thesis to Blackfeathers, with him remarking about Blackfeathers that "individually they're monsters that aren't too formidable, but companions call out to each other, and they gather their strength. Those bonds are the Blackfeather deck's specialty!" Even Yusei ends up stating what I'm thinking. "This is an anti-Blackfeather deck!"

Also worth noting is that they seem to have a naming scheme to which kind of reminds me of Blackfeathers.

I.E. White Warriors - [Weather phenomenon] the [word] [Combat item].
I.E. (First three and a few later Blackfeathers) Blackfeather - [Wind movement] the [word]
I.E. Blackfeather - [wind movement] the [adjective] [word]
One of the Trap's used by Bolger "Heaven's Arrow" seems to imply they could be Angel-type (Fairy), but it's more likely they're just Light.

CONFIRMED: They are Fairy-type.

Did I mention "White Out"? Continuous Trap that is a Skill Drain for the opponent's monsters only. No cost.

Cards seen thus far:

White Warriors - Fog the Treasured Shield
Level 4/Light/(Fairy)
ATK/(?) DEF/2000
[Approximation] When a monster on your side of the field makes a direct attack, you can destroy 1 Magic or Trap card on your opponent's side of the field.


White Warriors - Hail the Iron Hammer

White Warriors - Snow the [?????]
Level 4/Light/Fairy/Tuner
ATK/0 DEF/?
[Approximation] For every card on the field this card gains 100 ATK. This card can attack your opponent directly. If this card is selected as an attack target, you can return it to your hand.

Neat.

So:

Blackfeathers are named after wind movement
White Warriors are named after snow/ice weather phenomenon. Might just be weather phenomenon in general, but white goes with snow/ice pretty well.

White out is just a little better then skill drain:

As long as this card stays on the field, negate the effects of monsters on your opponent's field, in their hand and in their Graveyard.
