Ojama King/Knight/Trio

I was just wondering.
Ojama Trio: Can i activate it when my opponent has 3+ monsters?
can i activate it when my King takes up the space?
My opponent can still attack my with them?

Ojama King/Knight: if i somehow summon those two at the same time and my opponent has 3 guys on his field, will the effect still be activated that takes up his/her spaces? and if so then what will happen to the monsters?

I belive that when you fusion summon it, then you get to choose some spots and while they are on the field then they cannot be used, but if there is a monster card on that spot, then the selected zone will be locked as soon as that monster leaves his zone (via destruction/tribute or hand)

Ojama Trio can only be activated if there are at least 3 vacant zones. If they have 3 monsters or if your Ojama King is taking up 3 of their spaces, you cannot activate it. The tokens can attack.

Ojama King and Knight can only select unoccupied zones to lock. You cannot select a zone with a monster on it. If they have 4 monsters when you summon Ojama Knight/King, you may only select that one zone.
